What changed from v1

One persona → sixA focus step sets defaults. v1 asked a bookkeeper to name a design project.
Client invite in onboardingRemoved. Onboarding invites teammates only, and nothing assumes a client will be shared with at all.
3-day trialCorrected to 14 days — what the product actually gives.
app.net-atelier.comThe app host is platform.net-atelier.com; the old host has no DNS.
Design-only checklistEach persona gets their own first actions.
Invitee had no first runScreen 8: they get the focus question, not a designer's dashboard.
No way to change persona"Switch focus" in the avatar menu, from day one.
Focus was single-choiceNow multi-select. Two areas merge into one sidebar order, and the checklist covers both.
A full seat was a wall"No seats available" stopped the invite. The warning now carries the $9/mo seat that resolves it.
Boards before projectsEvery first action is the project — a board lives inside one, so it cannot come first.
Focus chosen for the inviteeThe inviter used to guess it. Now the invitee picks their own on first run.
The share screenParked. It asserted a client-sharing model nobody has verified against the product.

Mockups only. Nothing here is deployed to net-atelier.com.
